Makan Apa?

Breakfast - tido

Lunch - Nasi 2 senduk, ikan 1/2 ketul, kuah kari, putih telur goreng, red bean

Malam - Nasi kandaq, lauk ayam seketul, setengah biji telur ayam rebus, kuah campur

Supper - Burger King - 1 burger ayam, french fries

Breakfast - tido

Lunch - Nasik ayam dari My Mom's Chicken Rice

Malam - mee bandung

Supper - tuna ayam brand setin, roti adala dlm 6 keping

but, still..humm...ur eating habit need some changes a.k.a modification..

it is ok if u sleep in the morning. i wonder when do u sleep after supper? and i must know what time do u take lunch, dinner & supper. can u write that or tell me?

HUHU..look at ur supper! how come it must be burger king!and french fries?do u know how much hidden-fat there? it worths a one-hour brisk walking!unless they are GRILLED burger king or un-fried french fries..

ok, seemed that ur food diary is not detailed as i want, perhaps i can send u the 'real' what-to-write-food-diary, eh?

urmm, i cant see any VEGE or FRUIT?
where is 'em, anyway?!

ussually I sleep as early as 2 am, or as late as 4 am.

i had the chiken king at Klia... then i do some la tour in the klia. my cousin's husband balik ireland semalam. lepas landing, trus makan n then lambai dia kat departure hall.

how detail do u need, next time i'll write more detail?

the sayur is hidden kat dlm burger kan?? baked bean tuu sayur kan??

french fries macam mana nak un-fried?!!

wah, supper 18 okt, roti 6 keping? roti apa tuh?(huhu..klu 6 keping roti bersamaan dgn 3 senduk nasi putih tau?)

hum, ok..ni dh bln oct mkn burger king, nex month plak YER mkn fast food.

weh, sayur dlm burger mana cukup! huhu..actually, the vegetables & fruits intake requirement for all people is 3 to 5 servings per day. 1 serving vege = 1 senduk vege = 1 small bowl vege (but malaysian style of vegetables cooking is not healthy though & not variety..huhu this is the problem in malaysian hawker stalls..no vege or only one to 2 types of vegetables available! i hope our this may change cause we malaysian love to eat outside, ISN'T IT?;)
RED BEAN BUKAN SAYUR YER..SILA AMIK PERHATIAN..RED BEAN dlm kategori kekacang & legum yg mana ia adalah sumber protein tumbuhan.

OK, SAMBUNNG..hehe, pjg lak celoteh. so, sbb tu digalakkan wktu lunch & dinner makan sayur 1 bowl kecil.
1 serving bua = 1 biji(cth epal@oren) = 1 potong (cth betik@nanas)..
DURIAN bukanlah pilihan buah yg bagus yer..igt tu klu hg hantu durian lah..;)

ok, let me give u what to write:

1. MEAL TIMES (what time do u take those meals?)
2. QUANTITY (eg: kuah= brapa sudu?, telur goreng brapa biji? french fries yg kecik ke large?)
3. YOUR DAILY PHYSICAL ACTIVITY i.e senaman yg dibuat sehari2 or seminggu..

i,m now busying with my reports & clinical exam coming up next week (huhu), so, later i give u further detailed. la ni, do as i want..(as above)

bal xjd sgtla dia ikut...hg kena tegas sket dgn dia nih...hahha...kena buat food diary state brapa byk dia mkn...kikikiki...

6 keping roti tu kat sini boleh mkn dr pg smpi ke ptg...hihihi
